Public Country by Country Report (on income tax information)

Introduction

The financial information detailed in this report is published by Euro Depot Espana SAU, to adhere to the Public Country-by-Country Reporting requirements as required in Spain, in accordance with the Eleventh Additional Provision (“11th AP”) of Law 22/2015. Publication of the Spain only data is provided due to the accelerated 6-month reporting timeframe as provided for in Spanish law. Information required to prepare the full EU Country-by-Country Report was not made available to Euro Depot Espana SAU within the 6-month timeframe. This is on account of the preparation, review, and approval process of the report for the wider Kingfisher Group, of which the company is a wholly owned subsidiary, being aligned to the 12-month timeframe as set out in the EU Directive 2013/34/EU. It is anticipated that this report will be superseded by the publication of a full Country-by-Country Report by Kingfisher plc, as required by Chapter 10a of the Directive.
